About Deborah Elizabeth
Deborah Elizabeth has been a photographer for nearly 20 years. She studied Documentary & Fine Art Photography at Blackpool College & also at Bournemouth & Poole College of Art & Design. Her style is based on her experience as a photojournalist working with national magazines & newspapers including GQ Magazine, Nursing Times, The Guardian & The Sunday Times.
Deborah won The Prince’s Trust European Vision Competition in 1995 sponsored by Severn Trent Water, this enabled her to spend a month in Iceland photographing the local farming community during the annual sheep round up.
Deborah Elizabeth is originally from Manchester, she has also lived in Cumbria, Lancashire & West Yorkshire, she has been based in Llangollen, North Wales for the past 5 years, she loves the local landscape & the light & enjoys photographing the landscape when she is not photographing people!
