ARE THERE ANY OTHER COSTS FOR THE WEDDING COVERAGE?
For weddings over 50 miles from Llangollen, there will be a mileage charge of 42p per mile. Sometimes overnight accommodation is necessary.
WILL WE NEED A 2ND PHOTOGRAPHER AT OUR WEDDING ?
I would highly recommend a 2nd photographer if you have 150 guests or more, memorable moments can happen spontaneously & simultaneously at different locations, a second photographer will bring another perspective to the story of your day.
CAN WE PURCHASE THE DIGITAL NEGATIVES?
Yes, the CD portfolios contain high resolution files of all your images in colour & black & white. The CD portfolio allows you to print the images as many times as you like~ free from photographer’s copyright!
DO YOU TAKE ANY FORMAL GROUP SHOTS AS WELL?
Yes, of course, although I like to make this fun & relaxed. I like to do these shots calmly & quickly so you & your guests can enjoy your wedding.
DO WE NEED TO MEET BEFORE BOOKING?
It is important that we meet before a booking is made. We can meet at my base in Llangollen or at the ceremony / hotel venue this gives you an opportunity to see printed examples of my work & the package options available. A month or so prior to your wedding we can meet up at the hotel venue to discuss the wedding photography further & to confirm the backdrops for the photography. I always contact the client the week before the wedding to confirm arrangements & to finalise your wishes.
WE WOULD LIKE TO BOOK, WHAT WE DO NEXT?
Just drop me an email or phone to check my availability for the day, I will then send you the booking form & the contract to complete. A non ~ refundable deposit of £150.00 is required, (please make cheques payable to Deborah Jackson) send cheque deposit with your completed booking form & contract, this deposit will be deducted from the total price of the wedding package chosen. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.
DO WE CHOOSE WHICH PHOTOGRAPHS GO INTO OUR ALBUM?
Because I aim to tell the story of your day I usually design the album for you, but I will send you a PDF file finished album first, so you can make changes, alternatively you can specify which images you’d like included.
CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH THE WEDDING CEREMONY?
Whether I photograph your ceremony really depends on who is officiating the ceremony and this varies widely. We can discuss this further when we meet to discuss your wedding day plans.
